Two actions will grow your organization: gaining new customers + retaining happy customers. The beauty of our compensation plan is that new customers don’t just come as your personally enrolled (1PET) but also with those that your team enrolls (and they enroll, and so on).

The healthiest and strongest organizations place a large emphasis on customer retention, which happens in 5 ways, all of which are key as you grow this thing long term.

  1. Happy Customers: There are so many ways to keep happy customers- first and foremost, showing gratitude for what they consistently order!

    • Inform customers about and send samples of new products

    • Invite/engage in product challenges & campaigns

    • Send snail mail and cards at holidays, etc.

    • Offer free shipping or other product promos

    • Invite to local and corporate events

  2. Get Products Paid For: Research has shown that if someone earns even $1 with Isagenix by referring others, retention increases at least 90% for the first year. Show EVERYONE the compensation plan video, ask them if they’re open to learning how to get their products paid for, and if they’re open, Plug Them In (Step 3).

  3. Duplication: Everything we do duplicates. The goal is that every action we take shows the customer or business partner, “I can do that.” Click to watch the team call on the concept of Duplication and key steps to take to create duplication (essentially, others doing what you are doing) in your business.

  4. Recognition: Recognition comes in many forms, and so often is a key ingredient to someone staying with you long term. Here are some ideas:

    • Find out how the person likes to be recognized by learning their love language, which they can find by taking the short quiz at this site: The 5 Love Languages.

    • Leave them a voicemail or send a video note! Voice and video convey much more passion and authenticity than text. Take the extra step to reach out and recognize their work and progress as a customer or business partner. Recognize actions you want to see more of within your organization, no matter the size or scale.

    • Post on social media, publicly or in groups. Recognize actions you want more of (when they complete the Isabody Challenge, when they host their first launch party, when they make their first phone call, when they try a new product routine). Use the Isagenix Social Palette to make beautiful images, or any of the other apps out there that’ll give your images a clean, professional, bright look and feel. Some of our favorites are Canva, Rhonna and Unfold.

  5. Community + Events: The IsaLife community and culture is one of our most valuable assets. Make everyone feel welcome and invited; often this requires a personal invite via phone or text! Never assume a person sees the post in the groups or feels invited by the emails from Isagenix. Go to www.isagenixevents.com and plan to bring your community to the next local, regional, or corporate event.
