Goal: Reach Crystal Executive as quickly as possible. This is where you’ll open up the full potential of the Isagenix compensation plan and build depth within your team. Print “Map to Crystal Executive” fill it out, and keep it front and center as you build your business.
Have the “Getting Paid” Conversation
“Get to Consultant” Scripts:
Use the “Get to Consultant” script with all active people in your organization:
For Collagen: “Would it excite you if I showed you how to make back $200 by simply getting 2 people started on collagen?”
Other: “Would it excite you to learn how to make back the money you just spent (or are spending) on Isagenix?”
PRO TIP: If they say no, ask them, “How much would excite you?” If they give you a number, respond: “So if I could show you how to make ____ of money with Isagenix, you’d be open to learning more?” If they say yes, book the appointment and draw out the compensation plan (or schedule a 3 way call and have another person draw it out for them).
Before they Start Isagenix:
We recommend sharing the compensation plan with every person you talk to about Isagenix. During the Initial Consult, when you connect the Isagenix solutions to their goals, it’s powerful to forward-speak how they’ll feel and the results they’ll get. This conversation is very powerful:
Share Conviction Statement
This is the perfect spot to share your conviction statement. For example:
“I know Isagenix is going to be the vehicle that gives my family more financial choices (give examples) and I am so excited to help others do the same. Let me show you how to turn your everyday food money into an income producing asset for your family.
Draw Out the Compensation Plan
Draw out the compensation plan including referral bonuses, rank advancements and residual income. We recommend drawing out all three components and showing the big picture, unlimited depth, all the way to max out to show everyone what’s possible ($13,500/week per business center).
Pro Tip 1: Be resourceful and make it fun! We’ve known the comp plan to be drawn out on table napkins, back of receipts, post its, iPad notepad or internet sketch pad. Use what you have to do it in the moment!
Pro Tip 2: Once they’re open to doing this with you, get them on a 3 way call with your mentor or another business builder. This person will serve as a resource to connect with them, share their story, edify the business and partnership with you, and answer any questions they have. The more your teammates feel plugged into the Isagenix community as a whole, the deeper their roots will become in their partnership with Isagenix and with you in the long term.
Plug Them In / Help Them Rank Advance
Add and welcome them to the business group(s) on Facebook and help them rank advance to their next step: Consultant, then Crystal Manager, and beyond.
A Note on Plugging People In
Plugging people in is KEY to the new person finding their way in Isagenix. We have a rich culture, rock solid resources, and people to relate to and connect with the new person. Remember, the key to freedom is that your organization of customers and partners show up and take action, independently of what you do. Plugging people in is empowering to the person you’re working with, and as they feel empowered (not enabled), they will be able to grow their business and create that true duplication that a successful network marketing business is made of.
Ways to Plug People In:
3 Way Call: When someone is ready to become an associate, the first step is to plug them in to a 3 way call. Even if they’ve been on 3-way calls in the past, now they’re ready to launch their business. The mentor will be able to share their business story, cast the vision, hear the new teammate’s vision and help them articulate their why. The mentor will also draw out the compensation plan and map to Crystal Executive, along with give them next steps for action. The new person, having had a positive experience on this 3-way call, will naturally duplicate these calls into their organization.
Promoting Events: One of the cornerstone skills in network marketing is to promote to events. Events take place in small, medium and large formats:
An example of a small event is a launch party or local opportunity meeting.
An example of a medium event is a regional meeting like a Super Saturday.
An example of a large event is a corporate event in a location that (usually) requires travel.
Eric Worre explains the difference between announcing & promoting events in Chapter 7 of Go Pro.
INVITE prospects, customers, and business partners to events with a personal 1:1 invite. Use principles from the inviting section (Step 2) and the inviting video in that section. People experience breakthroughs at the events, break down skepticism and walk away with a clear vision. Eric explains in Go Pro the correlation between the number of people on your team at a large event and the health of your organization.Other Ways to Plug In:
Facebook Groups: Product and business Facebook groups provide community, social proof, support beyond just you, and so much more. We generally plug people into product and one business Facebook group at first and more as their action and commitment grows. Demographic groups like START and company groups like Isagenix Business are also extremely valuable from the beginning of one’s Isagenix journey.
Team Calls: The weekly team call (Monday nights for our team) are the place to connect with the team and get live access to announcements, recognition, current promotions and skills/mindset training. Plug into the team call regularly to start your week off right, and by making the team call a priority, you’re showing your team the same.
Pro Tip: These calls will always be geared towards the new person. At first, you’ll gain a ton of “how-to” on the calls and as time goes on, you’ll start to hear repetition. This is by design; the principles of this business are repetitive! As your team grows, you’ll see how this call shifts to be more for your new teammates who are just getting started, and by you being on the call, you’re showing them to make it a priority and also able to have rich follow-up discussion after the call.Opportunity Calls: At times the company and other associates provide opportunity webinars or calls to plug your team into. Use these to invite prospects and also to learn how other successful Isagenix leaders present the Isagenix products and opportunity.
Pro Skill: Edification
Allison trains below on the art of Edification, a skill within network marketing that will help you book more calls, and have more people commit to watching more tools and attending more events with you.
